CONDITIONS

1. The Female’s owner will furnish the following documents prior to breeding:
a. Copy of official registration papers
b. Copy of pedigree
c. Copy of passing hip rating
d. Current negative brucellosis test (if doing a natural breeding)
e. Progesterone test (if doing a natural breeding)
f. Copy of current vaccination record (if doing a natural breeding)
g. Copy of current Puppy Sales Contract (both Show and Pet quality)

2. The FEMALE cannot have any disqualifying faults under the current FCI or AKC standard.

3. The agent/owner of the stud dog agrees to keep the FEMALE confined and inaccessible to all other male dogs. The owner of the FEMALE agrees to keep the FEMALE confined and inaccessible to all other male dogs from the start of her heat cycle until the FEMALE is out of her heat cycle. Also the owner of the female may leave the female at the stud dog’s home for $25 fee to continue breeding a day.
4. It is agreed that the FEMALE shall be mated twice if possible if doing a natural breeding. It is further agreed that should a natural mating not occur, artificial insemination may be utilized to effect a pregnancy.

5. If using frozen semen, one vial of semen will be released per stud fee; if using fresh chilled semen, up to two vials will be released.

6. Should the FEMALE fail to produce a litter of 0NE live puppy, the owner of the FEMALE must notify the stud dog agent no later than 2 days after the mating. There shall be no cash refund in whole or in part, but a return service with the same FEMALE at her next heat cycle. will be provided. If the FEMALE fails to give birth to ONE PUPPY as the result of the second mating, this agreement shall be terminated and the stud dog owner shall have no further obligations.

7. If the stud dog is SOLD or DIES or otherwise is not available, the owner of said STUD dog has the right to mate that FEMALE with another stud dog of HIS choice. If the ownership of the FEMALE should change, the right of return service shall be at the option of the stud dog owner only.

8. The stud dog agent is not responsible for any injury to the FEMALE while in the act of breeding; during transportation to/from stud dog or veterinarian; or while FEMALE is on the property of stud dog agent.

9. It is agreed that the FEMALE owner is responsible for any and all expenses relating to the stud service or return stud service, including, but not limited to: transportation to/from airport, boarding fees ( a daily rate of $50 will be charged for each day thereafter), and any and all veterinarian expenses incurred while the FEMALE is in the care of the stud dog owner/agent. The stud dog owners release all responsibility of the loss of the female being bred. No compensation of the female will be sort coming for future lawsuits. This also applies to the collection and shipping charges for fresh or frozen semen. Such expenses will be paid in full before the stud dog owner/ agent releases the FEMALE or in the case of the artificial breeding, the semen.

10. By signing this agreement, the FEMALE’S owner agrees that the puppies will be placed in proper homes. There will be no sales to pet stores, guard or attack businesses or puppy mills.

11. The fee of $1,500.00 FOR A NON TITLED STUD OR $2,000.00 FOR A TITLED STUD DOG is payable IN CASH on or before the first day of breeding. Litter registration papers WILL NOT be signed by stud dog owner/ agent until stud fee and all associated costs are paid in full.

12. Both parties agree to the terms of this contract as written and signify such agreement by affixing their signatures below. The owner of the female in question owners cannot at anytime take legal actions against the

stud dog owners.
